WPS Skills Training Modules
We offer a wide range of training solutions based on the WPS framework. The Essentials module teaches fundamental principles, methods, and skills of creative collaboration and provides learners with a foundation for selecting and running plays.
Building from the Essentials module or the WPS Practitioner course, we offer a number of add-on modules to build specific skills and capabilities. These modules include Communication, Problem-Solving, Leading Change, Effective Negotiation, and Strategic Thinking.
